Purchasers / Buyers

All purchase arrangements are to be made between you and the electric vehicle owner via their contact details. When buying a vehicle via the website either directly or indirectly you are entering into an agreement with the current vehicle owner and the terms set out by them. We will have no involvement and cannot be held responsible for any arrangements made between you and any third party. Electric vehicle details, descriptions and images are supplied to us by advertisers, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information and images submitted to us.

Advertisers

By posting details of your electric vehicle on the website directly or indirectly you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Advertisements must not include excessive capital lettering, excessive punctuation or inappropriate content, such ads may be modified by us to meet these guidelines or rejected. Advertisements must include at least one photograph/image of the electric vehicle, or vehicle part, or accessory being advertised. Only your own original photos of the electric vehicle, part, or accessory may be used, do not upload copyrighted photos or images from other websites. Advertising of competitive products and services including but not limited to links to other websites is strictly prohibited. Links to websites directly associated with your vehicle or accessory may be allowed at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse and/or remove any website links contained within a listing. Descriptions must be formatted and provided by advertisers as plain text. Only one electric vehicle can be advertised on any standand listing. Details and descriptions that are submitted with rich text formatting or html formatting will be processed as plain text. If you require your description to contain rich text formatting or html formatting (including but not limited to headings, bold text, html links etc.) then please contact us regarding a dealer subscription.

Websites are susceptible to technical difficulties, crashes and down time. We use our best efforts to maintain a consistent online presence, but cannot and do not guarantee a continuous and uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to terminate or cease the services offered by this website and access to this website temporarily or permanently at any time without prior notice.

Website content including user submitted ad text may be translated into different languages using third party translation services. Customer support and communication is provided in English language only.

You agree that we cannot be held liable for any cancellation of purchase, damage, loss of property, theft or any incident which may occur from you advertising and/or selling your vehicle or item via the website. We will have no involvement and cannot be held responsible for any purchase/selling arrangements made between you and any third party. You agree to post your details at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any situation or incident that may occur from posting your details on the website. Only submit images, text and information to us that you want publicised. Whilst we do our best to provide a quality service to electric vehicle owners and promote the vehicles listed we cannot guarantee interest in any electric vehicle or accessory or the sale or lease of any vehicle listed on the website. Guide prices and advice on pricing provided by us is done so to the best of our knowledge based on current prices of vehicles advertised online and the details and images provided to us. Guide prices should be taken as rough estimates only and ultimately it is up to you the advertiser to decide whether or not to use any advice or guide price provided by us. If you base your price or any other details on our advice and do not achieve the full asking price or do not sell your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible. If you are unsure what price to advertise your vehicle for you can choose to advertise it as "Negotiable", "Please Call", "POA" etc. If at any time you want your price or any other details revised on your listing you can do so by logging into the website and updating your listing details or contact us by email to request the change. For security reasons when requesting any changes by email please email from the email address used to submit your listing.

If you do not agree to these terms we cannot advertise your electric vehicle or accessory item. If at any time you want your electric vehicle listing revised or removed please contact us. Full advertising fees apply to all listings advertised on the website for any amount of time up until their set timeframe date. Payments for advertising on the website cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
